The implication here being that some where, someone was stupid enough to wrap their head in duct tape. This has got to be one of the weirdest things to ever grace the side of a truck.

This is evidently a national campaign. I saw a similar truck here in MD on Saturday that had a funny graphic with the caption "It's okay to cuss at heavy furniture".

I thought that truck was pretty funny, I got a photo of it too.
