We Like to Party!
In celebration of Sheila's graduation and Memorial day, we held a big backyard party barbecue. Lots of people came, some didn't (we missed you all) and Sheila's band played. The band - Lost Chihuahua, was very good and the guests sang and danced. There was a pinata and pool action. Lots of margaritas - can you say tequila! - beer and sodas consumed. Dad played grill meister and old family friends drove into town to celebrate with us too.
The top off of the day was when the neighbors came over to complain - it was only 8pm - and then they called the cops. The band finished at 8:15 and then the cops showed up. They came in and congratulated Sheila. Which was cool.
We had a great time and the weather cooperated. Check out the pics.

The pix are great! I am so sorry we couldn't come. I loved the shots of the band. But my favorite part was hearing that the neighbors called the cops. That hasn't happened to me since let's see, oh ...1981?
