Impressions of A Summer Morning
Impressions of a summer morning and normal events in the garden. Playing with my camera and the depth of field in these images have created the mood that I feel when I sit and drink coffee, surrounded by the visual and scented extravaganza of summer. The water of the sprinkler is captured at several shutter speeds and exposures to create whisps of white of various textures.

Impressions of A Summer Morning
Summer. The word evokes impressions of heat, light and sounds. Bright colors of flowers and the drone of birds and lawnmowers. Sprinklers offer respite from the heat and the light is dense.
 lushness of neighborhood trees and climbing roses encircle my house |  Solitary dove on telephone wires, watches over the yard |  Laying in the hammock, looking up to the redwood through the bay |  I think this is a California Bay Laurel, but am not sure. It is a sculpted and gnarled tree, gracing my garden |
 Summer morning over the garden hedge |  What better way to beat the summer heat, than with a sprinkler |  Ribbons of water cherish the earth, and my plants |  Water drops captured in mid air |
