I got this Handspring Visor portable mp3 player for Christmas today. It is really quite elegant and cool. I love my Visor - have had it for almost a year now and purposely switched from the Palm to it so that I could take advantage of the expansion modules. To date all I have bought was a backup module. So this new item is very fun to play with. It is small and light and snaps in easily.
The interface for installing and moving MP3s to be downloaded was very easy to use. They have done an elegant and simple UI. I am impressed. The only bad part is it is Windows only - bummer since I move my Visor back and forth from the PC to the Mac and back - but hey, for all the good things about this, I won't complain. The cool thing is that the player also snaps into its own power source - so if you don't want to have your Visor along with you, you can swap it out.
So far I am impressed. It will be interesting to see if this firm comes out with any other accessories.
